Powering Effective HR Operations Position: HR Operations & Compensation Specialist Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compensation Specialist to support HR operational initiatives and lead the design, development, and administration of company-wide compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-structured compensation practices while supporting organizational changes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. What You’ll Do: Compensation Strategy & Program Management - Review, research, and recommend updates to MEPPI’s compensation programs in alignment with the company’s total rewards philosophy. - Monitor compensation trends, regulatory changes, and market data to ensure competitiveness and compliance. - Administer compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, sales compensation, and annual merit processes. - Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, preparing analyses, recommendations, and materials for Senior Leadership.
