Branch Merchandiser About us: DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands including River Island, M&S, Matalan, Next and Tesco. We are pleased to have a fantastic opportunity available for a Branch Merchandiser to join our successful Merchandising team at DCK in our Billericay office. You will;: Partner with Buying, Design and Hosts to define and deliver the brand strategy, ensuring initiatives are aligned to the critical path and commercial objectives. Own and manage the critical path, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time with clear communication to the Senior Merchandiser. Drive branch-level performance through space optimisation, allocations and assortment decisions, identifying opportunities across stores, sub-brands and categories. Continuously review P&L performance, using data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities and propose clear, actionable solutions. Create and deliver robust assortment, option and range plans, balancing newness, consolidation and sell-through, with a focus on sales and profit density.
