Pay Range: Pay Range:$38.93 - $54.76 *********************************************************** $25K Sign On and $10K Relocation for qualified hire! *********************************************************** Risk Manager (RM): Responsible for implementation of the internal risk management program. Develops, implements, and evaluates risk --- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to risk management (i.e., investigate reports and events in accordance with policy and statutory requirements). Patient Safety Officer (PSO): The Patient Safety Officer will have primary oversight of the organization-wide patient safety program. This role will direct others within the organization towards process improvements that will support the reduction of medical/healthcare errors and other factors that may contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes. The RM/PSO provides leadership for safety assessments, Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and Failure Mode Effects Analyses (FMEA), and educates management, staff, and physicians on the system-basis for medical errors.
