About the Role: Anthropic is looking for a People Operations Lead to join our People Services team. We're a small team that keeps onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and the rest of the employee lifecycle running as the company grows. We're at the stage where the processes that got us here need to become the systems that take us further, and we're hiring a senior individual contributor to help drive this work. In this role, you will contribute to our vision, analyze our current state, and then get hands-on to build our future state. You’ll build some of these new processes and workflows yourself, and others will be built in partnership with more technical teams (e.g. People Systems).
