TITLE: FRAUD & FORENSIC INVESTIGATOR: STATUS: EXEMPT: DATE: 09/22: REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF FRAUD SERVICES: DEPARTMENT: FRAUD SERVICES / PAYMENT OPERATIONS: JOB CODE: 11248: GRADE: 20S: PAY SCALE: $70,400.00 - $78,000.00 ANNUALLY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Serves as the organization’s internal point of contact for ethics violations and improprieties, allegations, complaints and provides leadership and advice on corporate governance issues. Under the direction of the Director of Fraud Services, this position is responsible for conducting internal investigations related to alleged procedural or criminal wrongdoing, as well as oversight of major fraud case investigations. This position is primarily responsible to administer the proactive employee fraud monitoring program, perform analysis and oversee escalated investigations of possible warranted allegations of employee and/or vendor fraud. This position is also responsible for accurate and timely reporting and tracking of identified trends and root cause analysis resulting from employee fraud and insider abuse cases.
