About the Role: The Revenue Cycle Consultant serves as a customer experience and operational revenue cycle subject matter expert, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams across all aspects of CBO and insurance workflows. This role ensures accurate scoping, effective implementation support, and strong customer-facing materials by applying deep healthcare revenue cycle knowledge from prospect through go-live. The Revenue Cycle Consultant partners with cross ‑ functional stakeholders to support sales initiatives, implementation readiness, and an optimized customer experience.
