POSITION TITLE: Senior Coordinator – Aerie Business Strategies, Omni Product Strategy REPORTS TO: Senior Manager/Manager – Aerie Business Strategies, Omni Product Strategy SUPERVISES: n/a POSITION SUMMARY: The Omni Product Strategy pillar of the Business Strategies team will be responsible for the development of pre-season strategies and execution plans pertaining to Aerie, Inc. product. They will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Site Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Store Experience, etc. to ensure that all needs are met for each seasonal set. This pillar will be the experts in the Aerie, Inc. omni product assortment & strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES: PRE-SEASON - Partners with CFT to support digital strategies through section images, trend shops, guides, etc. - Manages projects as needed to inform future strategies (i.e. Influencer gifting, PR editor gifts, Social giveaways, etc.) - Owns creation of Store Associate training materials in partnership with Merchandising and Store Experience team - Supports Sr. Manager with prep materials for all Product Milestone meetings - Supports Sr. Manager with strategic Seasonal Brief and Seasonal Architecture doc upkeep - Attends pre-seas...
