Labor Relations Representative - Toledo Assembly Complex (TAC)

As a Labor Relations Representative, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers. You will identify and drive operating efficiencies through contractual agreements, provide labor relations support to employees and leaders across the organization, and enable a positive workplace culture and environment by: - Equitable administration of the collective agreement including grievance administration, interpretation and overall compliance - Facilitating effective management/union relations - Administration of attendance program - Administration and discipline assessment - Run attendance reports and gather information to compile into presentations with trend analysis - EEOC and other workplace investigations - Coaching, guiding and providing direction to operating management on assigned shift - Implementation of lean manufacturing activities Key experiences and know-how: The following prior experiences will be required...
