Civil Site - Division Manager

Job description

Pennoni is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Site/Civil team as a Division Manager and lead our multi-discipline site design projects on a full-time, direct basis in Winter Haven, FL . This person will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private & public site development projects across various markets! Primary Responsibilities: - Manage a team of engineers and designers - Develop and maintain client relationships - Manage all aspects of project efforts and interface with clients; this includes making presentations to clients & municipalities (when necessary). - Prepare budgets and proposals - Supervise and perform site development & design tasks: plan preparation, grading, permit applications (including FDOT and Water Management Districts), report writing, etc. - Contribute to stormwater management design: Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling, Erosion and Sediment Control (E&SC) planning, etc. - Engage with regulatory agencies. - Assist with RFQ responses. - Mentor junior-level staff. - Provide quality control of staff design & reports. - Additional duties may be assigned, as needed. - Reports to Winter Haven Office Director Basic Requirements: - Bachelor...
