Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: Civil Engineer Project Manager | Bedford, NH | Hybrid VHB’s Bedford, NH office is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team and help shape the future of communities across New Hampshire and New England region. From our Bedford Farms Drive location, more than 90 professionals—including nearly 50 New Hampshire-licensed engineers—partner with public and private clients to deliver impactful projects that strengthen local economies, enhance quality of life, and protect vital environmental resources. You’ll collaborate closely with in-house experts in transportation, environmental permitting, survey, and planning to deliver integrated solutions for municipal clients, institutional campuses, mixed-use and commercial developments, and other community-focused projects.
