Care Team Lead Where: Maplelake Assisted Living and Memory Care (Leisure Living) Schedule: Full Time, 3rd Shift - 10:30PM - 6:30AM Pay: $17.00 Per Hour: Position Summary -: Responsible for leading care staff during shift, supporting a positive and collaborative work environment focused on resident wellness. Duties include assisting with new team member orientation and training, communicating with families and residents, managing call-offs, and delegating daily care duties. The role also involves medication administration support, including passing meds and maintaining med carts, to ensure quality care and team efficiency.
