At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include: - Delivering world class service to our members by demonstrating empathy, accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving skills. - Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services. - Answering telephone calls and meeting performance metrics. - Researching and correcting member account problems. - Performing a wide range of member-generated transactions. - Completing accurate case notes of member interactions and call history. - Working and communicating effectively with team members. - Demonstrating our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.
