JOB DESCRIPTION: A Maintenance Tech is responsible for various duties associated with keeping a building in excellent shape in terms of visual appeal, function, and safety for the individuals in the building. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
