Job Title: Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician (PLC Focus) Location: Henrico, VA Employment Type: Full Time Schedule: Day Shift, typically 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility to support other shifts as needed Pay Rate: $38 to $42 per hour Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician to support a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving automated production systems, with a strong focus on PLC controls, electrical systems, and equipment reliability. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime and supporting ongoing process improvements. Core Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, vision systems, and encoders - Update and modify PLC and HMI programs using platforms such as Allen Bradley or Siemens - Configure and support industrial communication networks including Ethernet IP, Modbus, and IO Link - Work with safety control systems to ensure proper machine and personnel protection - Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings to perform system updates and repairs - Assist with installation, startup, a...
