Job Description Summary The Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and EHS within the manufacturing facility. As a visible member of the manufacturing leadership team you will inspire those around you and be responsible for delivering operational excellence in the SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) framework. This role ensures that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory standards. The Manager will lead the quality team, develop quality controls, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Under the Managers leadership the quality team will be the first port of call for production support and with the aim of keeping the line moving. The role is a pivotal position in a fast-paced environment that requires both technical expertise, strong leadership, and clear communication.
