This unique position involves collaborating with people at all levels within the organization in support of our goal of strengthening the world's largest general trade book publisher by building the best supply chain in the publishing industry. The Operations Services department is responsible for project management as well as data analysis. Recent projects include adding two distribution centers to our network, implementing a goods-to-person system, and developing distribution network models for a $200M fulfillment operation.
