Position Description Cushing Terrell is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Electrical Designer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will support the design of power and lighting systems for commercial and institutional building projects while working alongside experienced electrical engineers and multidisciplinary design professionals. This position is ideal for early-career engineers who want to grow their expertise in electrical building systems, Revit-based design, and National Electrical Code (NEC) application. You will gain hands-on experience developing construction documents, performing electrical load calculations, and coordinating with architectural and engineering teams. As an Electrical EIT or Designer, you will contribute to the design of branch circuits, feeders, and electrical distribution systems, while building a strong foundation in building codes, electrical calculations, and integrated design practices. Position Salary Range* The expected salary range for this position is $ 72 ,000 to $ 85 ,000 annually.
