Technical Implementation Manager

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Implementation Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through go-live. This role serves as the primary technical and project management liaison between customers, onboarding and customer success teams, internal implementation resources, and offshore product development and technical support teams. The Technical Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, with a strong focus on data onboarding, validation, integration, and customer adoption to ensure customers realize value quickly and sustainably. Responsibilities: Customer Implementation & Project Ownership - Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation, building trusted relationships with enterprise customers. - Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation. - Lead customer-facing change management initiatives related to data, workflows, and implementation processes. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely go-lives and reduced time-to-first-value.
