Description JOB SUMMARY: The Utah Jazz Bantam Hoops Specialist will build, strengthen, and maintain authentic relationships with High School Athletic Departments and High School Coaches through essential communication (in-person, phone, text, or e-mail) to be a liaison between the high school and the Jazz, inform the basketball program of all upcoming opportunities, help register team for Bantam leagues, and help high school programs run Bantam programs. COMPETENCIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Network and establish relationships with high school basketball programs and coaches (boys and girls). - Educate high school basketball programs on the Utah Jazz Bantam program. - Exhibit a high level of motivation and desire to succeed in reaching production goals and targets. - Ability to prospect effectively to find and create new business opportunities for yourself and the organization. - Have regular contact (in-person, phone, text, or e-mail) with clients to further build and strengthen the relationship. - Help coaches organize Bantam program and assist in registering teams for leagues. - Assist in renewal, upgrading and add-on programs for high school teams and players to assist with departmen...
