Peraton is seeking a Lead Field Support Technician ( Network Engineer ) to support operations, maintenance, and sustainment activities under the Eastern/Western Range Operational Communications Services (EWOCS) contract at Vandenberg Space Force Base. This role supports mission-critical security systems operating within secure, closed-network environments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership and hands-on experience with low voltage, system administration, and engineering experience supporting operational infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Lead a technical team to provide support for the 30th and the 45th SW - Validate weekly and monthly routine tasks are completed and documented - Provide standardized training to team members for all shop tasks - Provide status updates to Peraton, the Prime contractor, and Government Customer through official ticketing systems, meetings, and weekly and monthly reports - Coordinate work schedules for all team members and ensure 100% task coverage - Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical systems supporting launch operations and range communications - Support closed/air-gappe...
