THE ROLE & THE TEAM: Lounge by Zalando is an online shopping club for fashion and lifestyle products across Europe. As a shopping club, Lounge's main premise is to offer exclusive deals with limited availability to fashion conscious customers. As Team Lead Product Analytics in the Customer-Facing Applications (CFA) domain you will lead product analysts conducting A/B tests and data analyses to support product development. You will support user research and help advance our data analytics through adapting new AI tools and practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams that include Product Managers, User Researchers, Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists. You will bridge between analytics and business impact by translating complex data into actionable insights that directly shape product direction, customer experience, and long-term business outcomes.
