Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in operations, trust and safety, program management, business strategy, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience in AI/ML operations. - Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. - Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization, or a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python). - Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or prompt engineering. - Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
