Responsibilities The SND Analyst will support the U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) by managing and maintaining the Standard Nomenclature Database (SND) as part of the Joint Country Forces Assessment (JCOFA) program. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and utility of equipment nomenclature data critical to Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) operations. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, review data requests, and provide recommendations to enhance the SND's functionality and alignment with mission objectives. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: - Review, recommend corrections, and certify database entries for equipment nomenclature in the SND. - Ensure consistency with NGIC sources, including subject matter experts (SMEs), SPIRIT, and JCOFA tables. - Update and validate MIDB equipment codes used in the SND.
