Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Consumer Lending Compliance What’s the role?: In this role, you’ll provide dedicated second line compliance support to our Consumer Lending business, helping teams make well informed decisions that balance customer outcomes, regulatory expectations, and business priorities. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to interpret obligations, assess emerging risks, and guide the business through change with clarity and confidence. You’ll play a key part in strengthening our compliance framework and supporting a mature Three Lines of Defence model, while building effective partnerships across Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal and the broader Consumer division. This is a fulltime position based in Melbourne, with flexibility in how you structure your working week.
