About the role: The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 162-bed facility at Peter Cosgrove House, Narrabeen, NSW. More specifically, responsibilities include: Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Managing compliance, accreditation, and resident safety Driving financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards Building a positive, engaged culture across the home Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence About you: A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
