No matter what.” ________________________________________ Manage the Finance department including staff supervision, budget preparation, monitoring financial performance, analyzing general ledger accounts, administering the 401k plan, and performing business analytics in coordination with the VP of Finance. The Controller will work closely with other departments to provide financial expertise and is involved in organization-wide and department-driven initiatives with high visibility across the organization.
