Material Control Technician (Weekend Day Shift - Onsite)

Job description

Position Overview: Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the Material Control room operations. They are responsible for the timely and accurate transfer of components between the warehouse and cleanroom following standard operating procedures in the Insulet Quality System as well as transactions in the ERP system (SAP). This is a Medical Device manufacturing site compliant to 21 CFR/ISO 13485 regulations. Responsibilities: - Ensures safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies to minimize safety risks. - Complete all assigned QMS training and keep up to date before performing a task. - Operate systems and equipment such as computers, software, and printers as trained and specified. - Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks for pallet movement and Plastic Baler. - Maintains work areas and equipment in a functioning, clean and orderly condition. - Able to replenish the Material Control Room and prepare components for transfer to the clean room based on Kanban System. - Accurate and timely ERP System (SAP) transaction of any material movement performed to support Kanban System. - Prompt response to handheld portable two-way radio transceiv...
