Job Description: Job Title Relationship Coordinator Corporate Title Analyst: Location New York, NY: Overview: As a Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to one or more bankers in maintaining key client relationships / revenue streams. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. You will act independently as a liaison between clients, bankers, and operations staff, responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will have substantial, direct interaction with clients and prospects, fielding inquiries, doing research, preparing presentations, and executing special requests. You will have a general knowledge of all Private Wealth Management products and services, guidelines and procedures and be able to research account transactions records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions or provide documentation on client activities.
