Description Primary Purpose: The Pricing & Product Information Specialist is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and management of pricing, product, and vendor program data within the ERP system. This role supports margin integrity, product lifecycle management, and data accuracy across sales, purchasing, supply chain, and marketing through pricing analysis, reporting, and product information management. *This role will be hybrid remote and candidate must reside in Calgary, or Mississauga areas.* Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Pricing & ERP Management - Set up and maintain pricing for new and existing products, including purchase prices, sales prices, standard costs, and price levels within ERP. - Manage automated and ancillary charges such as tariffs, brokerage, import fees, and vendor handling fees. - Maintain customer quote pricing, contracts, rebates, accruals, promotions, and agency programs in ERP. - Support annual and ad-hoc pricing reviews to ensure pricing remains competitive and aligned with market conditions.
