EXPERIENCED CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ON CALL STIPEND: Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for The Aster Apartments, located in the Sugar Land area of Houston. Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in keeping our communities running smoothly, and we’re looking for someone who wants to bring their skills to a supportive team that truly values their work. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certified, is proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, strong customer service skills, a team oriented mindset, reliable, honest, and committed to high quality work, A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
