We're hiring a Vice President of Development in our Southwest region. The VP is responsible for leading, managing, inspiring, and implementing fundraising campaigns through strategic direction and by leading a team of fundraising leaders and support staff across New Mexico, Colorado (outside of the Greater Denver area), and Wyoming. The VP will also be responsible for recruitment and leadership of executive volunteer partnerships. The ideal candidate will live within the designated territory of New Mexico, Colorado, or Wyoming. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets.
