Responsibilities About The Role: Peraton is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to support a contract onsite in Charlottsville, Virginia. This role is responsible for Tier I and Tier II voice, video, and network support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with a variety of IT systems, network devices, and end-user equipment. Peraton has served as the prime contractor for this program since its inception in the 1980's. We provide high-level government leaders with reliable secure voice, video, and fax communications anytime, anywhere, in any environment in support of day-to-day operations. We support a secure, worldwide, high-performance communications network comprised of real-time interactive applications allowing complex national and worldwide communications. Peraton provides the O&M of the network infrastructure and its components. We provide integration for development of hardware and software solutions, and engineering support for the delivery of system, network, software, and security solutions.
