Your Opportunity: We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Case Manager to join our Families Together Program, delivering intensive, strengths-based support to families experiencing complex challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside families to keep children safe at home, prevent escalation into the child protection system, and create meaningful, long-term change.
