Responsibilities & Qualifications: The Novelis Bay Minette, AL team is seeking Product Development Specialist to work in the Bay Minette facility. The Product Development Specialist is responsible for creating current, accurate flow paths plans for material manufactured at Bay Minette. This role will work within the Product Development team and partner with the internal Commercial resources, Supply Chain Management, and in accordance with guidance provided by Product Development Leader to complete customer specification requests.
