Overview Northwood Technical College is seeking applications from qualified candidates for a full-time Endpoint Administrator at any of our four campus locations. (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake or Superior) Under the direction of the Director, Systems Architecture and Cybersecurity, The Endpoint Administrator will be responsible for managing and securing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other endpoints in the organization. They will work closely with the IT leadership team to ensure that the endpoints are secure, compliant, and up to date with the latest security patches and updates. The Endpoint Administrator will be the main point of contact for all endpoint-related issues and will work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any problems.
