As part of our Contracting department, you’ll review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the company. Essential Functions of this Position: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, service agreements, and other commercial documents. Collaborate with internal business units, including finance, operations, HR, and service teams, to ensure legal alignment with strategic objectives. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues, identify practical solutions, and provide strategic guidance that aligns with business objectives. Explore and evaluate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline the contract lifecycle, with a focus on improving efficiency in contract review, drafting, and risk analysis.
