Summary: The Breakfast Attendant oversees the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintain the dining space, ensures food is available, accepts payment, and provides any other guest services. They help with seating, delivering food and drinks to guests, managing the buffet, and cleaning tables in between guests.
