Proficiency in loss prevention, merchandising, stocking, cash-handling and credit card transactions helpful. Retail Sales Associates Job Description: - Greet customers and determined their needs and wants - Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements - Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services - Answer customers’ queries and concerns - Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates - Assist in display of merchandise Requirements: - Excellent Customer Service skills - Open and close tills each shift - Process inventory - Stock inventory
