Wisteria at Warner Center, a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening in Summer 2026, is excited to announce an opportunity to join our founding team as Maintenance Tech III - HVAC. The Maintenance Tech III – Maintains, repairs, and installs electrical, HVAC and plumbing equipment and systems throughout the community. HVAC Technician is responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, and economizers. This is a full time, onsite, position located in Woodland Hills, California.
