DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific duties include: - Sorting through the incoming mail each day and distributing the mail to the appropriate recipient; - Making ATMS entries and assigning the cases that have arrived via mail to the appropriate case specialist; - Archiving case files quarterly; - Retrieving case files from the State of Florida Archives when asked or when otherwise necessary; - Assisting with the scanning and uplo...
