Chef Designate We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Chef Designate to support our culinary leadership team and prepare for future growth into a Chef role. This position is ideal for a strong culinary leader who is ready to take the next step in their career while developing the skills needed to lead kitchen operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Chef Designate, you will work closely with the Chef and restaurant leadership team to support daily culinary operations, uphold food quality standards, coach team members, and contribute to the overall profitability and culture of the restaurant.
