Overview DecisionPoint seeks a UX/UI Front End Developer to lead user interface design and front-end development for an enterprise Case Management and Survivor Support System within a Department of Defense (DoD) modernization program. This position focuses on delivering intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces that enhance mission performance and user engagement across web and mobile environments. The developer will drive Human-Centered Design (HCD) and user experience optimization from initial concept through sustainment, ensuring all interfaces meet accessibility, security, and performance standards across multiple Impact Levels (IL2–IL5). This position is fully remote. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces supporting multiple mission systems and portals. - Translate user stories, wireframes, and mockups into functional front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). - Ensure all interfaces comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.x accessibility standards and DoD usability policies. - Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to refine user journeys...
