We deliver evidence-based, multidisciplinary care for chronic pain, combining medication management, physical therapy, behavioral health, and advanced minimally invasive procedures such as spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal drug delivery. Nura is seeking a Surgical Implant Coordinator to join our team in Edina, Minnesota . This role is an essential part of our Implant Department, supporting both administrative and scheduling functions to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for our patients. Essential Functions: - Manage incoming calls and messages related to the implant department and route to appropriate staff. - Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including surgical and clinical visits. - Generate reports and manage workflows to effectively schedule patient appointments. - Maintain organization and accurately track patients throughout the complex implant authorization process. - Scan and maintain implant-related medical records in the EHR system. - Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to patients. - Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance wit...
