The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences for preschool-aged children and fostering a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. This role supports children ages 3–5 years old and focuses on promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through thoughtful lesson planning and play-based learning aligned with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards . The Preschool Teacher will collaborate closely with families and team members, demonstrate strong communication and organization skills, and bring a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education.
