As a Plant Engineer, you will join a skilled, close-knit team at our Dell Power Plant, where innovation, reliability, and hands-on engineering come together to keep a natural-gas combined-cycle facility running at peak performance. Located in a rural setting with access to larger metro areas, this plant offers the best of both worlds — meaningful impact in power generation and a strong team culture. You’ll support safe, dependable 24/7 operations through smart engineering, collaborative problem-solving, and leadership during projects and outages.
