Excellent Culinary skills and excellent communication skills. Summary of Position: Cleans certain areas of the Dining room and follows the BOH cleaning schedule. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Puts away all the food deliveries, if working in the am shifts. Keep the dish area and the HOH clean and organized. Duties and Responsibilities: - Load, run and unload dish machine. - Watch dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle. - Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. - Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area. - Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. - Bag and haul dish area trash to dumpster at designed times. - Ensures all work is completed or is passed to co-worker before asking to leave for the day. - Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to the management team. - Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisors. - Follows all other REUNIONKITCHEN+DRINK policies and procedures. - Acts as...
