Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting a Credit Controller to ensure prompt collection of the firm's unpaid bills ledger in accordance with the firm's credit policy. The team is based in our Birmingham office . Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. What you’ll be doing: - Management of own ledger of accounts. - Chasing overdue debts by telephone, email and letter up to litigation. - Following up unpaid bills with Partners, and Lawyers. - Liaising with internal teams and Partners to minimise & quickly resolve queri...
