Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales The Floor Lead will assist the Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager in successfully maintaining the sales floor and sales goals, front-end and visual, per customer standards. Ensure that production goals are met or exceeded consistently. Ensure maximum sales performance through proper merchandise rotation, visual merchandising, signage, and optimal inventory levels. Ensure that the store consistently meets or exceeds sales goals. Ensure that the store presents quality customer service promptly and courteously to all shoppers, donors, and employees.
