Life Enrichment Lead: - Memory Care Focus Overview: Benefits: - Location: 3872 Attucks Dr, Powell, OH 43065 - Position: Life Enrichment Lead - Job Type: Full Time - Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday - Pay: $19 per hour - Wages on Demand - Daily pay available - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k - Generous PTO Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community. The Life Enrichment Lead will serve as an expert for personal programming for all residents within the community. Required Experience for Life Enrichment Lead: - Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. - Compassionate towards the senior population, specifically memory care residents. - Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team. - Proficient in general computer skills.
