In this role, you will partner closely with our enterprise members/customers to deliver expert consulting, design tailored solutions and ensure smooth implementation and long-term success of Meridian’s enterprise platforms—including our Salesforce-based utility application, workflow management tools, GIS-integrated processes, and other utility-specific software. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technical consultant who enjoys solving complex problems, leading solution design, and building meaningful relationships with customers. You will serve as a strategic advisor, senior technical escalation point, and trusted partner helping utilities maximize the value of their technology investments.
